Con el fin de apoyar a la ciudadanía en su preparación intelectual, en días anteriores, se realizó la firma del nuevo convenio de cooperación interinstitucional entre el GAD Centinela del Cóndor y el Instituto de la fundación Learning Bridge para desarrollar cursos de inglés en este cantón.
En la firma de este convenio se entregarán 300 becas a los participantes de este programa, los mismos que tendrán la oportunidad de tener intercambios académicos fuera del país.
